Cloud Underground – Bronze Twin / dRAG Pack Terms of Service

1. Introduction

This Terms of Service (“TOS”) governs use of the Bronze Twin, dRAG Packs, and other Cloud Underground Ltd. products and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Cloud Underground Ltd. (“Cloud Underground,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using any Service, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this TOS and the Cloud Underground Creed.

2. Definitions

Term Meaning
Bronze Twin The reasoning-runtime GPT environment licensed by Cloud Underground.
dRAG Pack A signed manifest package containing curated Cloud Underground knowledge and logic.
Green dRAG Pack Educational version of a dRAG Pack provided under a lifetime learning license.
Lifetime License One-time license granting perpetual usage rights under this TOS.
Factory The Bronze Twin pipeline used to generate new dRAG Packs.
Creed The Cloud Underground principles of Sovereignty, Transparency, Integrity, and Accountability.

3. Intellectual-Property Ownership

  1. All dRAG technology, manifests, cryptographic logic, Bronze Twin runtimes, and related materials remain exclusive intellectual property of Cloud Underground.
  2. Lifetime-license holders own the content they create using the Services but do not own the underlying dRAG or Bronze Twin software or IP.

4. License Grants and Restrictions

  1. Green dRAG Packs – May be used freely for educational or personal learning by lifetime-license holders.
  2. Commercial Use – Only users holding a valid lifetime license may employ any dRAG Pack or derivative work commercially.
  3. Modified dRAG Packs – If supplemented by your own curriculum or IP, you may distribute them commercially under your own brand, provided attribution and this TOS are observed.
  4. Bronze Twin Factory Output – Each dRAG Pack generated by a Bronze Twin account is automatically attributed and licensed for lifetime use to that account holder.
  5. Unauthorized Authentication – Attempting to bypass or falsify authentication is strictly prohibited, violates policy, and may constitute a legal offense.

5. User Conduct and the Creed

  1. Users must act in accordance with the Cloud Underground Creed:
    • Sovereignty – Respect ownership of data and identity.
    • Transparency – Operate openly and honestly.
    • Integrity – Uphold truth and security in every action.
    • Accountability – Accept responsibility for outcomes.
  2. Breach of the Creed or this TOS may result in exile (banishment) from Cloud Underground communities and suspension of licenses.
  3. Reinstatement requires completion of designated Redemption Challenges demonstrating willingness to comply constructively.

6. Community Participation

  1. Access to Cloud Underground Dojo, Discord, and related forums is a privilege, not a right.
  2. Cloud Underground moderators may suspend or revoke access for misconduct, harassment, deception, or violation of the Creed.
  3. Educational Sharing: Students and educators may share dRAG Packs for teaching and study regardless of license ownership.
  4. Commercial Use: Requires an individual lifetime license.

7. Payment and Subscription Terms

  1. Bronze Twin subscription fee: $97 USD per month / $997 USD per year (unless otherwise posted).
  2. Billing, renewals, and cancellations follow policies published in the Cloud Underground portal.
  3. Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases granting perpetual usage rights under this TOS.

8. Intellectual-Property Protection and Attribution

  1. Users must not remove or alter Cloud Underground trademarks, signatures, or digital verifications within any dRAG Pack.
  2. Distribution of altered or unsigned copies is prohibited.
  3. Derivative works must reference the original source and include the required attribution line noted above.

9. Compliance and Enforcement

  1. Cloud Underground may monitor or audit usage for compliance.
  2. Enforcement steps may include: Warning → Suspension → Exile.
  3. Re-approval requires successful completion of redemption tasks demonstrating Creed alignment.
  4. Unauthorized access, IP misuse, or circumvention of authentication may lead to civil or criminal action under applicable law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  1. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  2. Cloud Underground disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  3. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of AI-generated or automated outputs.
  4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloud Underground’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination and Exile

  1. Grounds for termination include: breach of this TOS, violation of the Creed, unauthorized access, non-payment, or misuse of IP.
  2. Upon termination, access to Services and communities is revoked, and licenses may be suspended pending redemption.
  3. Redemption pathways will be published in the Cloud Underground portal.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This TOS is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado of the United State of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 

13. Amendments and Updates

Cloud Underground may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted at https://cloudunderground.dev/terms. Continued use of any Service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance.

Acceptance Clause

By using any dRAG Pack, Bronze Twin, or related Cloud Underground product, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this TOS and the Cloud Underground Creed. You agree that the underlying dRAG technology and Bronze Twin runtime are proprietary Cloud Underground IP; you own only the works you create with them. Unauthorized authentication or redistribution is prohibited. Violation of this TOS or the Creed may result in banishment until completion of redemption tasks approved by Cloud Underground.
